Cain Denture Community Work
Giving back is important, and here at Cain Dentures we make sure to be involved with our community. These are just a few of the places we enjoy volunteering at.
HILLSBORO SENIOR CENTER
Our staff members have the privilege of volunteering every other Wednesday at the Hillsboro Senior Center. We help out the wonderful cooks in the kitchen by serving lunch to nearly 100 seniors each time. It is a great deal of dishes as well as a great deal of fun! Wednesdays are very popular days of the week for lunch as the patrons are entertained by the Senior Serenaders as they are served delicious meals. Come by and see us on a Wednesday for some wonderful food and entertainment!
The Cain Denture Centers dressed in purple to join the rally last fall for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at the Portland International Raceways. The event attracted over 5,000 walkers all with the common goal to put an end to this devastating disease and to support the friends and family of victims of Alzheimer’s. Our team had a wonderful time and we are now looking forward to the 2017 Walk. In addition to joining the fun at the event, the Cain Denture Centers has also volunteered time with the Portland Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association in seeking corporate sponsorships to help find a cure. Our staff members raised nearly $10,000 in 2016 for the Alzheimer’s Association. Please visit this link for more information regarding the Alzheimer’s Association http://www.alz.org/oregon/.
The Cain Denture Centers is happy to announce that we participate with the Providence Elderplace (PACE) program to better serve the our community. PACE helps seniors maintain independence and health for as long as possible combining medical coverage with long-term care and social services.
